Every year, Houston Methodist adopts NAM families to bless for the holidays.  This year, 16 families were adopted by different departments of the hospital.  The project begins in October where each family gives a detailed wish list for each member of their household—that’s when the shopping and holiday cheer begins!  Employees of Houston Methodist do their best to get everything on the wish lists—making the families’ Christmas wishes come true!  The families selected are families that have extreme and challenging circumstances that would make providing holiday gifts for their family nearly impossible.  Houston Methodist is a long-time supporter of NAM’s programs and services.  In 2023, they will support NAM’s Behavioral Health Program with a substantial grant to make a huge impact on improving mental health in the community.
