For the first time since the start of the covid19 pandemic, NAM is bringing back one of the most important events of the year. 

“In 2022, we are excited to host the volunteer appreciation luncheon,” said Les Cave, NAM CEO. “This is an event that NAM has hosted for many years, to show our gratitude for the dedicated volunteers who give their time at NAM.” 

This will also be the first volunteer luncheon where the newly inaugurated volunteer of the year award will be presented. “At Jeans & Jewels 2021, NAM incorporated the Mark & Paula Stoebner Volunteer of the Year Award,” said Les. “This award will bear Mark and Paula’s name, to honor their many years of service - including during the busiest and most risky periods of the pandemic.”

A volunteer who has also given exemplary service will be recognized with the Mark & Paula Stoebner Award at the 2022 Volunteer Luncheon. 

The event will return to Shirley Acres on April 21st, 2022, and NAM is looking forward to reconnecting with the many volunteers who have consistently given their time to aid our neighbors in need. This year’s theme is “Taco ‘bout It: NAM’s Awesome Volunteers,”  and will feature a taco bar, with Mexican folkloric dancers to provide entertainment.
