The National School Foundation Association (NSFA) has named Spring ISD's Dr. Rodney E. Watson its 2021 Superintendent of the Year, SISD officials announced in a news release on February 24. We're thrilled that the superintendent of a partner school district, and NAM's Board Chair, has received this prestigious award!
