Free COVID-19 Testing at NAM

Harris SAVES is a research project that will help understand the spread of COVID-19 in our communities and fight the virus. The project is led by UTHealth School of Public Health in partnership with Baylor College of Medicine and Harris County Public Health.

Through this research project, they provide FREE TESTING FOR EVERYONE (including children) in Harris County, even if you are not sick, and regardless of gender, race, income, or immigration status. Results are private and available within 48 hours. Participants will be paid $5.00 for their time.

As a Navigation Partner Organization, NAM is working with Harris SAVES as a location where the community can obtain free COVID-19 testing between March 23-27, 2021.

Tue & Wed: 8am - 4pm
Thur & Fri: 10am - 6pm

Information kept private

Testing will NOT tell you if you have had the virus before, and a negative test result does NOT mean you will never have COVID-19.

Click here if you would like to sign-up for a free COVID-19 test or visit for more information.  You can register in person at the location.*

The vaccine will be available to everyone soon, but it will still be some time before everyone can get it. We all must continue to be safe by wearing masks, washing our hands often, keeping away from others, and avoiding groups. Do what you can to stop the spread!

Stay safe and get tested. It's for you, your loved ones, and your community. All participants are asked to please wear a mask when they arrive for the test.

*While you’ll be able to get tested if you register in person, you are strongly encourage to schedule an appointment. That way, we can prepare for your arrival and give you the best experience.
