Wear Orange Day for Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month

Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, or TDVAM is an annual, month-long campaign during February to bring awareness to the issue of teen dating violence.

Teen Dating Violence is an issue that not only affects 1 in 3 teens, but also affects everyone around them – family, friends, teachers, and community members.

On February 8th, join the nationwide movement by raising awareness on social media: Wear an orange outfit or shirt, using the hashtags #YouAreNotAloneDV and #NAMGoesOrange, and tag us in the post.

We invite you to join us in taking action this month by:

  • Having conversations with your loved ones about safe and healthy relationships.
  • Engaging your community to help organize an awareness event.
  • Being an active bystander – if you see something, say something.
  • ≈Wear your favorite orange shirt, or shop at NAM Resale if you need to add an orange clothing item to your wardrobe for this day.
