April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). During this month, NAM's Family Violence Center (FVC) will present different events and topics to help spread awareness.
On Friday, April 9, SAAM will end with some self-care. The FVC will teach some self-defense techniques for individuals to have. We will also step in the right direction with some Zumba fun!
If you would like to join us at The Harrell Family Opportunity Center from 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. in person please RSVP to Toria Jones at [email protected]. (Limited space, so register early! 30 participants max.) All participants must wear a mask and social distancing will be enforced. The event will also be live via Zoom if you would like to join from home.
