Northwest Assistance Ministries is partnering with WorkTexas  to host a job fair on Friday, October 8th from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. The fair will be held in the Fowler Room on the 2nd floor of NAM's Harrell Family Opportunity Center. Plenty of Parking will be available and parking is free.

All jobseekers are asked to please register prior to the event here. WorkTexas is a project started and sponsored by Gallery Furniture to help those trapped in low wage jobs or who are having problems finding work, receive the practical training and certification needed to secure livable wage jobs. "The vision and mission of Work Texas mirrors that of NAM's Learning and Vocational Training Center so closely, that it is a natural that we will work together", stated Elaina Albarez, Director of NAM Learning and Vocational Training Center.
