Northwest Assistance Ministries was one of 236 companies recognized at the annual Better Business Bureau Awards of Excellence on October 12, 2021. This year, NAM was recognized with the Award of Distinction for service excellence. Northwest Assistance Ministries has received this recognition since 2010 from the Better Business Bureau, and was the winner of the Pinnacle Award in 2010 and 2018.
When asked what it means for Northwest Assistance Ministries to receive this recognition, Brian Carr, Chief Advancement Officer, states “We work hard to provide top notch service to our clients and donors and it is an honor to be recognized for our efforts.”
The collaborative efforts that our volunteers, donors, and community partners dedicate towards our mission of "neighbors helping neighbors" helped us earn this Award of Distinction. We are grateful to the Better Business Bureau for their continued recognition of the work we do in Northwest Houston of neighbors helping neighbors.
