Northwest Assistance Ministries hosted a "Young at Heart" Senior Bazaar for seniors in our area. Nearly 30 seniors attended the event where they enjoyed a free lunch, gathered information about available programs and participated in Bingo and other fun activities. NAM is planning more of these type of events to recruit new members to our Young at Heart Program.
NAM will host another Senior Bazaar on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 10:30 am in the Young at Heart Senior Center located in the main NAM building.
NAM’s Young at Heart Senior Center serves seniors in the northwest area of Houston. Young at Heart offers an exciting array of activities for seniors to choose from, including, cultural trips to the theater or museums, educational classes on topics like money management, nutrition or safe driving; physical activities such as yoga or line dancing; and games ranging from Bingo to WII Bowling.
