Interfaith Quilting Bee

The Klein Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is hosting the 23rd annual Interfaith Quilting Bee on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This year’s theme is “Ties that Bind” and celebrates the connections made through serving and reaching out in love together. Many local congregations will gather to culminate a year of working on quilts to donate to Northwest Assistance Ministries whose programs help local families in crisis.

Quilts will be available for quilters of all skill levels to work on, and refreshments will be available throughout the event.

Donations of purchased or pre-made blankets/quilts will be accepted on the day of the event. For those who are unable to attend the quilting bee and would like to make a donation, please contact Laurie Moreland, Klein Stake Relief Society President at 832-767-8378.
