GRAMMY NOMINATED & CMA WINNING GROUP LONESTAR WILL PERFORM
AT NAM’S JEANS & JEWELS GALA
HOUSTON, TX — Each year, Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM) holds its Jeans & Jewels Gala, bringing guests from all over Houston to enjoy a night of fun, bling, and entertainment. Last year the event was canceled due to health safety concerns. This year, NAM's Texas-sized party is back at a new location and planning on being bigger and better than ever!
On Saturday, October 9, 2021, starting at 6 p.m., the Jeans & Jewels Gala will take place at Champions Golf Club located at 13722 Champions Dr, Houston, TX 77069. The festivities will be outdoors, overlooking the golf club's stunning scenery. There will be various tents where guests can play casino games, socialize, and enjoy music and dancing. Grammy nominated and CMA award-winning country music artist Lonestar will perform under the stars on the club’s beautifully manicured lawn.
Known for merging their country roots with strong melodies and rich vocals, Lonestar has amassed RIAA-certified sales in excess of ten million album units since their national launch in 1995 and achieved ten #1 country hits, including "No News," "Come Crying To Me," and their crossover smash "Amazed," which was also #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The band's awards include a 1999 ACM Single of The Year for "Amazed" (the song also won the Song of the Year award) and the 2001 CMA Vocal Group of the Year. With over 100 dates worldwide per year, they are celebrating over 20 years together.

Northwest Assistance Ministries is a non-profit, community-based social service agency that strives to meet basic human needs through Neighbors Helping Neighbors. NAM provides assistance in areas such as food, shelter, health, education, and domestic violence awareness and intervention.
