NAM's Pediatric Health Center and CHRISTUS Healthy Living Mobile Clinics are partnering to offer FREE immunizations to children on February 4, 2021, between 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Harrell Family Opportunity Center located behind NAM's main building at 15555 Kuykendahl Rd, Houston, TX 77090.

Your child is qualified if:

• He/she is between 2-18 years of age
• They do not have insurance
• They have Medicaid or are under-insured
