NAM's Pediatric Health Center and CHRISTUS Healthy Living Mobile Clinics are partnering to offer FREE immunizations on Thursday, September 10, 2020, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
CHRISTUS and the Pediatric Health Center will set up at The Harrell Family Opportunity Center - located behind NAM's Main Building at 15555 Kuykendahl Rd, Houston, TX 77090 - where there will be more space to maintain social distancing.
Immunizations are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 281-885-4649 today to schedule your appointment.
Your child is eligible if:
* He/she is between 2-18 years of age.
* They do not have insurance.
* They have Medicaid or are under-insured.
College Meningitis vaccine will be available to students 19+ with a $20 cash donation to CHRISTUS.
Children MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bring original shot records. CHIP not accepted.
