CHRISTUS Healthy Living Mobile Clinics in partnership with NAM's Pediatric Health Center will be providing FREE immunizations on Friday, August 21, 2020, between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at The Harrell Family Opportunity Center located behind NAM's main building.

Your child is eligible if:
- He/she is between 4 - 18 years of age
- They do not have insurance
- They have Medicaid or are under-insured
College Meningitis vaccine will be available to students 19+ with a $20 cash donation to CHRISTUS.
PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK.
Child MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Bring original shot records.
