Your child is eligible if:
- He/she is between 2 months and 18 years old
- They do NOT have health insurance
- They have Medicaid or are under-insured
College Meningitis vaccine will be available to those students 19+ with a $20 cash donation to CHRISTUS
Child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Bring original shot records
