What is Team NAM?
A training program to prepare for the January 30, 2011 Chevron Houston Marathon, Aramco Half Marathon, and EP5K, and to support Northwest Assistance Ministries. Participants are asked to raise a minimum of $400 in donations to NAM.

How does the training work?
The program training focuses on physics-based running efficiency.

Where are the training sessions held?
Group Runs are held on Saturdays at 6:30a.m., starting from Meyer Park, 7700 Cypresswood, Spring, TX.

Who can participate?
Anyone from walkers and novice runners to seasoned marathoners.

Where can I register?
· Wed., July 14, 5:30-8:00PM, info/sign-up at Fish City Grill in Vintage Park Shopping Center on Louetta just east of Hwy 249.

· Sat., July 17 & July 24, 7:30-8:00AM, at St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church Church, 7810 Cypresswood, Spring, TX ( east parking lot )

· Sun., July 25, 1:00PM sign-up party and food at a residence in Cypress (send email to address below to request information).

What is the registration fee?
The fee is $60 ($30 for youth) to cover consumable items.

Can I mail in my early or late registration?
Mail completed registration form and fees to: Team NAM,15306 Parkville Dr., Houston, TX 77068.
