The 11th annual Jeans & Jewels…A Texas Size Party is set for Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott.

The gala is NAM’s largest fundraising event and proceeds benefit community members in need. Last year’s event raised $461,805 thanks to committed gala supporters, who exemplify the mission of Neighbors Helping Neighbors.

This year’s event co-chairs are Diane Porter and Dana Hines, and they are seeking sponsors, volunteers and auction item donations to help raise funds for NAM’s programs and services. Learn more about Diane and Dana.

Gala honorees are Jackie and Pat Riley, nominated for their lifetime commitment to philanthropy, volunteerism and compassionate leadership. Learn more about the Rileys.

Everyone will have the chance to feel like royalty at this year’s Rodeo Queen- themed Jeans and Jewels Luncheon and Style Show. The popular pre-gala event is set for Thursday, Sept. 24, at Shirley Acres, 217 Woerner Road. Guests are invited to enjoy a social hour at 10:30 a.m., and the program begins at 11:30 a.m.

“The Luncheon is an opportunity to have a fun day out with your friends while supporting a great cause,” said event co-chair Susan Byram.

The event will feature a delicious lunch prepared by Shirley Acres, a silent auction, and a style show with fall fashions from Scruples upscale fashion boutique. Dana Tyson with Sunny 99.1 Radio will once again serve as the mistress of ceremonies.

This year’s luncheon honoree is Susan Diehl, nominated for her years of commitment and dedicated service to NAM and the community. Learn more about Susan.
