This position is responsible for general ledger functions as assigned including accounts payable, accounts and pledges receivable, invoicing, general ledger activity, and account analysis; preparation of monthly bank statement reconciliations on all accounts, and coordination of monthly and annual financial closings, including preparation of financial statements and account analysis.

The individual in this position ensures an adequate number of volunteers are available and scheduled for weekday meal delivery, that volunteer documentation is current, that sanitation of related equipment is performed on a daily basis, and that clients are contacted if they're not home for meal delivery.
